Healthy Carb Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can tuna in water
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1/4 c plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 3 tbsp raisins optional
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mash the avocado.
  • Mince the cucumber.
  • Drain the tuna, and mix into the mashed avocado with the minced cucumber.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients with raisins, if using.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
